THE PAIN OF A MUSCLE STRAIN
MY PRACTICE
What is a Muscle Strain?
A muscle strain is also known as a muscle tear which is the stretching or tearing of muscle tissue. These tears could be a result of fatigue, overuse of the muscle, and/or improper use of the muscle. Any muscle can be strained but occur most often in the lower back, hamstring, shoulder, and neck.

Soreness
Swelling
Stiffness
Discoloration
Muscle Spasms
